Your IT Infrastructure Managed. So You Never Have To.

We monitor your Starlink, CCTV, phones, and access control 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When something fails — and it will — we know before you do. Fixed within 4 hours. KES 35,000–60,000/month. One number. No surprises.

  • 24/7 remote monitoring
  • 4-hour on-site response SLA
  • Dedicated WhatsApp support line
  • Monthly report delivered to GM + HQ

IT fails at the worst possible times. And you always find out last.

🌙

Failures happen at night, weekends, and peak season

Your current IT vendors operate 8–5, Monday to Friday. Your lodge operates 24/7, 365 days. This mismatch costs you reviews, bookings, and sometimes TRA compliance.

👁️

Your Nairobi HQ can't see what's happening on-site

Is the CCTV recording? Is the internet running at full speed? Did the access control log any incidents last week? Without remote monitoring, you don't know until something breaks.

💸

Emergency call-outs cost more than a monthly contract

An emergency engineer visit to a remote lodge costs KES 15,000–40,000 in travel alone. Two emergencies a year pays for 12 months of Lodge Guard.

📑

TRA audits come without warning

CCTV compliance isn't a one-time setup. Firmware updates, storage verification, and access log audits must be maintained continuously. Lodge Guard handles all of this proactively.

Lodge Guard — We watch your technology so you watch your guests.

📊

24/7 remote monitoring across all systems

Starlink uptime, UniFi AP health, Hikvision camera status, Yeastar PBX call quality, ZKTeco access logs, UPS battery health. All of it, all the time.

4-hour on-site response SLA

If remote resolution isn't possible, an Exbit engineer is on-site within 4 hours. Not a call centre. Not a ticket. A person who knows your installation.

Questions from property managers and GMs

Does Lodge Guard only manage systems Exbit installed?
We prefer to manage systems we installed because we know them completely. We can manage third-party equipment on a case-by-case basis — confirmed during your Lodge Guard assessment call.
Can our Nairobi HQ see the monitoring dashboard?
Yes. We provide a read-only dashboard login for your group operations or HQ team so they have real-time visibility across all Lodge Guard properties.
What is the minimum contract period?
Rolling monthly with 30-day notice. We don't believe in locking clients in — we believe in making the service valuable enough that you never want to leave.
We have three properties — is there a group rate?
Yes. Multi-property groups qualify for our Enterprise rate, which reduces the per-property monthly fee significantly. This is discussed during your assessment call.
What if you can't fix something remotely?
Our 4-hour on-site SLA applies. If travel time to your property exceeds 4 hours from Nairobi, we discuss a regional partner arrangement for that property during onboarding.
